FACTS WHAT DOES CASHCALL, INC. ("CASHCALL") DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we sent this notice. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.

How does CashCall protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
How does CashCall collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you
  • Apply for a loan or give us your contact information
  • Give us your income information or provide employment information
  • Pay your bills
We also may collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, fraud detection services or other companies. We and our third-party service providers may use a variety of technologies that automatically (or passively) store or collect certain information whenever you visit or interact with the company ("Usage Information"). This Usage Information may be stored or accessed using a variety of technologies that may be downloaded from/to your personal computer, browser, laptop, tablet, mobile phone or other device (a "Device") whenever you visit or interact with us. The Usage Information may include, but is not limited to, your browser type, operating system, software version, Internet Protocol ("IP") address or other unique identifier for your Device, Device location and other Device characteristics. Various methods and technologies to store or collect Usage Information may be used such as Cookies and Web Beacons. You may adjust your browser or operating system settings to limit this tracking or to decline cookies, but by doing so, you may not be able to use certain features on the company site or take full advantage of all of our offerings. Please note that our system may not respond to Do Not Track requests or headers from some or all browsers.
Why can't I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only
  • Sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness
  • Affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • Sharing for non-affiliates to market to you

What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else? Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.

Definitions
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • CashCall has no affiliates.
Non-affiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Non-affiliates we share with can include nonfinancial companies, such as merchants and direct marketers, financial services companies, such as mortgage companies, credit card companies, automobile finance companies and insurance companies, and others, such as nonprofit organizations.
Joint Marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
  • Our joint marketing partners include mortgage and lending companies, and other companies that provide financial products and services.

Other Important Information

California Residents

We will not share your personal information with non-affiliates for their marketing purposes without your authorization. We will not share your personal information with affiliates or with other financial companies for joint marketing purposes.

Vermont residents

We will not share your personal information with non-affiliates for their marketing purposes, or share consumer report information about you with affiliates, without your authorization.
